The Instruction and Professional
Development Committee plans trainings and workshops which provide our
teachers with a broad range of professional
development opportunities. We also address job related and
retirement issues with special sessions for Maternity/Paternity/ Adoption,
STRS and FUSD retirement information, and Legal Issues presented by CTA
Group Legal Services Attorney, Margo Feinberg. Meetings and trainings
are held in the FUDTA Training Room, unless otherwise noted.

Most sessions are approved for In-Lieu of Staff Development Hours or Salary
Advancement.
